We know that weddings aren't typically described as "relaxing". At 52 it's what we strive for. Weddings shouldn't be rushed, which is why we offer exclusive wedding weekends-- giving you time to relax in the hot tub, enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the woods and celebrate every moment with your favourite people.

If you love the venue but just can't make it for a full weekend check out our one day options and intimate wedding packages below. With the combo of lush outdoor ceremony spaces and our industrial chic reception space your wedding will not only be stunning, but unforgettable.

Full Weekend Pricing

  • Friday check-in at 12:00 pm, Sunday check-out at 11:00 am
  • Wedding Night lock up is 1:00 am
    (2 or 3am lock up available-$300/hr)
  • 2 night stay in the Suite; Max 6 guests
  • The Vault Common Area for wedding day prep; our additional wedding party lounge.
  • Hot Tub (excluding during reception hours/ wedding night)
  • Access to the reception and catering spaces at all times from check-in to check-out

• Full access to entire 7 acre property for photos
• Catering prep space (buffet tables, two commercial fridges, freezer, sink, BBQ)
• 5 individual gender-neutral washrooms
• On-site hosts throughout the booking

NOTES:

• Clients are responsible for securing their own special events liquor license through AGLC ($25) and must also obtain special event liability insurance.
• Enjoy your party and don’t get stuck cleaning up afterwards! You remove your personal decor and we take care of the rest.
• SOCAN and Re:sound fees included.
• Clients are required to use Roadpop Event Co. for bar services for 2025 bookings. Clients are still able to purchase and provide their own alcohol for all 2024 and 2025 weddings.

• Vehicles parked overnight can be picked up between 9am-12pm
• On-site decor rentals available.
• 52 North provides furniture set up and take down of our included items for both the ceremony and reception.
• Parking is limited to 60 vehicles. Shuttle service is highly recommended as there is no overflow parking available.
• Max capacity for seated receptions is 200.
