The Vault

The Vault is the ultimate speakeasy lounge and guest house located just steps from the main reception building. Take advantage of the early check-in time to get all of your wedding reception set-up done so you can relax and sit around a fire (either on the deck or the firepit area!) with your friends in the evening. Wake up with your crew and spend a relaxing morning getting ready - play on the tabletop arcade system, stream the game or listen to your favorite music! The Vault is the perfect place to pour a drink, cut a cigar, and step out through the 8’ overhead door to relax.

The Vaults’ common area is included for wedding day prep and the full building can accommodate 8 guests in 4 private bedrooms. Individual bedrooms are available at a nightly rate of $135 + tax. There is a minimum room booking required of 2 rooms per night for all weekend wedding bookings.

Imagine waking up on-site, feeling relaxed and excited to get ready for your big day. You’re relieved that you already have the decorations set up and that your glam squad will meet you at the venue. You laugh and take pictures with your wedding party and get excited to see your partner down the aisle. After such an amazing day, you crash on a comfy king-size bed, knowing you get to enjoy your first morning together with a fresh coffee on a private deck overlooking the surrounding forest.

Our spacious 1,500 sq. ft. Suite is included for 2 nights with all weekend wedding bookings. This is the perfect spot for all of your wedding preparations and most importantly, a restful night of sleep before the big day! The Suite is conveniently located in the same building as the reception space, which makes it easy to oversee venue set-up and last minute details. Pop upstairs for a quiet minute between the ceremony and reception or pour the bubbly for a celebratory cheers with your wedding party!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP ON-SITE IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS? 

We can sleep 14 people total on-site, 6 in The Suite and 8 in The Vault. No one is permitted so sleep on couches or in common areas. Toddlers/babies in a playpen are the exception!

Are the accommodations air conditioned?

Yes, the Suite and Vault both have A/C.

 Do we need to bring bedding or towels?

All bedding and towels will be provided along with regular hotel amenities including shampoo, body wash, facecloths, makeup wipes etc..

Is coffee and tea provided?

We would never leave someone without caffeine! There are Nespresso machines in both the Suite and Vault plus a drip coffee machine in the Suite and plenty of coffee/pods. We also supply tea.

When can we use
the hot tub?

The hot tub will be available from check in time until the ceremony start time. It will then be locked for the rest of the wedding day/evening. If you’d like to enjoy it the morning after the wedding we can unlock it for you. Hot tub towels are provided in the Suite.

Where are the accommodations located?

The Suite is located in the same building as the Reception Space. There are interior and exterior stairs to access it as it is located above the catering space. The Vault is a stand-alone building located about 50 feet from the main building.

Is there cell service or wifi?

Most major cell providers have coverage in our area although service can be spotty in our washroom facility. Wifi is available in all areas on-site but access is limited to overnight guests and vendors.

are pets allowed?

 Pets are not permitted inside any of the buildings but may be included in ceremonies and/or photos. Please chat with us about other options if you need to host your pet on-site. Guests are not permitted to bring pets.

• AirBnB has some great options in Sylvan Lake especially over the summer months.
• Jarvis Bay Provincial Campground is located between Sylvan and 52 North.

There are lots of great overnight options in Sylvan Lake- a quick 10 minutes drive from 52 North.
